Thanks Dave you need to find us a few EP anglers or at least some to level the score.
Looks like Trophy and Mark will have to use bait on Sat so we can score some points.
We have Henning coming to fish for EP to leval the score I believe Collin Scheepers and Theo from TJs Tackle are fishing as well as Nobby and his son going to be a fantastic comp. EP can win the drinking if we can't win the fishing can't wait I'm thinking of taking next week off to practice.

Guys I think we leave it as is for the house. If someone wants to join and sleep on the floor exct. You may use the shower and loo.LOL. We will talk on a price it will be less than the guys paying for beds, it's just fair. Or you can buy the booz.:fbash

I will try and be at the house as early posible on friday, so for the guys coming in early They can settle in and start the fire for round one.

Hiya Guys,

Was chatting to Dean this morning and we thought that as many of us have not fished the area...a pre-comp meeting may be a good idea?

The week before the comp is a bit tight leaving only Monday evening free to Dean.

I was thinking to bring a projector and then go through the spots on Google Earth. Listing the walking distance, structure, fish species, tackle and baits to be used at each spot?

Maybe a beer and a chop on the braai afterwards?

I will also try to get Louis involved as he fished the area a lot and was there last weekend.

We can do it all at the TTD? What do you guys recon?

Hi guys we are having a pre comp meeting at Trophy's on Monday to go over the area and I will point out the hot spots give you some Idea of bait traces and what you can expect to catch. Border is coming with a very strong side and double the number of anglers so we need to fish our buts off on Sat and Sunday. The Sunday comp will be a catch and keep for the guys wanting to take a fry home. Sunday's comp will start from 6:00 to 11:00 and finish with a braai. Mondays meeting is a bring and braai and whatever you are drinking.
I will be going down on Thursday night if anyone is around for a long week end. I am waiting to hear if Henning will be joining us from Cape Town and what time his flight arrives then go through. Make sure you have loads of double hook traces ready EP Raggs has to take this one. Don't forget your camera and Island tribe sun block. See you at Trophy's on Monday evening from 7:00
