Project H- FRAME complete !! with t/b attached and is easily removable , bait box on top secured with broad velcro and pipes on the side of frame secured with velcro as well, note in previous used thick hose pipe at base of frame to prevent srious dings/scratches on rocks/ transporting, still ample space left to attach other items if need be , weight empty:8.5 kg

Hello Simen , i used the 8 liter safari chiller as its pretty compact and if u do a long walk it should take sufficient bait for the day , i think if u go bigger it will get a bit top heavy and starts to protrude to far over the base of box  i"ll give it a test in April and let u know.regards Mike

hey Mike have you been stealing with your eyes?:spite

great mods there, and look damn good with the bling.

did you put a space between your box and the frame, if not how do you open your box, when I did mine I had to leave a space between the box and frame otherwise the lid won't open.

another tip maybe, instead of using velcro stips for your pension pipes, use 'broekrek' with the 'broekrek' you can just pull the pension pipe out while box is on your back, put them in the sand then put your rod in them and then take the box of your back.

agree with the little 8L bait box, got myself one over December and works like a charm, only problem with the new design(with solid nylon lid)is that the 8 L weighs the same as my old 12L. but those 8 L are big enough for a small bonnie(tail off) three sards and piece of chokka. Pity though I think they should have made it a little wider cos doesn't take a big makkie with tail on.
