Nepps....is it only me, or do you think big elf are being caught more often these days? It could be a sign that closed seasons and bag limits (when applied) are eventually having a small, but positive effect?
Elf are still murdered on the West & East Coast, but in the areas I've fished in KZN there is some measure of control being enforced.
