Ther after i did a Nice thick coat of normal Enamel Paint !!!

 

Done ...

 

It works for me !!! 

 

Use it dont use it !!! it's your call ....

 

Total of my time taken excl drying time = 2 hrs ...

 

Will have it at Next GP Social!!!

Dont forget to fill it with it with red cans. Then I will carry it.

I would do the following. Get speaker box carpet from the flea market. Wrap around HEB Cooler like Kumz did with the bandage and resin it. You end up with the same strenght (if not stronger) as 3 layers of fibreglass. Seems easier and will be stronger. This is what we in car audio for moulding. Its easier and makes less of a mess.

I would suggest putting some refrigeration tape over the cooler, will help with the insulation in my view.

Apologies for coming coming across as impatient. Your explanation does make perfect sense. Why I was asking for a pic of the finished product is to see how you've sealed the holes left by the plugs or if it would even be necessary to have them sealed.

So how are you progressing with the project?
