Don't discount Catchit DS. They are cheap and the paddle tails have worked well for me. Last time I checked I paid about R34 for a pack of 5 5" minnows.

Don't know if it will be my udoing, but I have some Gulp, Slam and McArthy al in one tub. It is an air-tight container and the smell/juices tend to stick to all of them.

BTW, heard a rumour that the SLAM range is being discontinued?!

Nice pics Carlos. At Hells Gate last month we ONLY used McCarthy plastics and they accounted for some really good fish. Stuart has got his manufacturing process spot-on, and he is also hegely innovative! They have taken off hugely in Australia (Nomads swear by them)and are rapidly gaining popularity in Europe.

It is wonderful to see a South African manufacturer doing well in foreign countries. Important that us locals support him as well!!!!!!

I agree Roy,I will always buy the local stuff where I can,its made to catch fish and not fishermen!!Like they say,local is lekker.I will be going to Hells Gate soon,cant wait,never fished there before.Havent been to Moz in 6 years,cant wait to have feet bitten by sandlice,lol!!
