Hey guys sooo fri night the trendsetters organized a social at gonubie point. With bevvie even driving up from PE for the outing

Weather was ok. East giving us a bit of lip. There's too many storys to tell all so ill give my bit

I arrived there first at about 4 and setup and sent a bait. Got a pull in 5min looked like a small dusky next slide same bait got chowed again. No hookup
Tottie then arrived and we got another 4pulls before we got a hookup.
Little dusky. 81cm.

Soo at least we've landed something fresh baits out. And bevvie arrives. Leka.
Tottie gets a pull and on.

We battled to get the little spotty to pose hey. Get the foto and my rod goes away again. Another dusky and a whopper too all 74cm. Lol:fbash:fbash

Right next to arrive is DV aka ironmike (another story) and not long after duifie to provide entertainment. :fbash:fbash

I'd brought a braai with so we got that going and chatted leka while DV burned all the wood. Duifie showed us the fine art of crossing lines. Eish

But no more action exept for duifie who hooked a smaaall fish and the reef.

I left the manne at 12 and headed home.
Leka outing guys. Next one leonards. !!!::S::S::S

Damn shoe laces, almost cost me a rod,luckily only 1 popped eye, sent the rod in to billimoria and getting a whole new set of eye's, luckily they needed replacing anyway.
Oh and got a lekker sized toofie head in the freezer ready to slide for a big toofie. Thanks Bevid.

:SSS:::S..What you need to understand!!...Firstly Duifie has a SERIOUS case of FOMO....Secondly....Boeps is DAMN tough!!!...He only fishes with 20m topshot..after that he is into his braid!!!!....Thirdly Totie REALLY likes to keep the conversation going and last but not least Bevid will FISH in any conditions..SERIOUSLY!!...Thats fishing Bevid!!!...Sat AM finds them , in the rain, scratching at Black rock and I escort them to The Shoe.....All in all a VERY "head banging" Friday's evening fishing!!!...LOL...::S::S::S

There was nothing wrong with ur guides until u faceplanted the tarr u chop and we saw what happened it wasn't ur shoelaces. Now go and but gumboots for the briks u

Well where do I start with my "input" on the little trip. Firstly it was fun and very entertaining. Will do it again soon for sure. Even thou I did not manage to land any fish it was still worth it.




@DB I can't for the life of me understand what Boep and Totie are on about when it comes to you. Was good to finaly put a face to the name. Pity you had to leave so early thou. I'm bloody sure you would have hooked into a car sooner or later by crossing the road. :fbash

Eish!! all this while I was enjoying camping out at the school with my daughter.
