I dont know many people who have the ability to bring the best out of someone like TREV does!!!

Hi gents,

We completed our course with Trevor on Tuesday and had some great results.

Zane and myself were both able to increase our bottom times substancially. In fact I doubled mine through Trevors ways of teaching "crocodile".

Zane had some equalizing problems, but still managed a good dive to 17m a PB for him and I got to 21.6m. This all by the third day. My previous best depth prior to this was about 14m. We both felt that we could have gone further.

Trevor has a unique way of teaching you to make friends with the water and he knows how to bring the best out of you.

We were also very fortunate than Gletwyn Rubidge joined us and we got taught loads of spearing tips as well during the course, a big bonus for Zane and myself. Gletwyn also got some nice footage of some of the exercises we did and will post them on his blog.

I am returning to Cape Town tomorrow from my vacation in the UK. I will be running a Free Diving Course in Cape Town until end September, before I head North to the Border open and a series of courses in Durban and Johannesburg. There are a couple spaces on the Cape Town course still available.
