Hey All,
I have been spearing for around 20 years, in fact a smidgen more, and have been in a comfort zone as far as my diving / breathhold goes. I have a mate who is a super experienced scuba / rebreather diver who wanted to get more serious about freediving so he coaxed me onto Trevor's course.
I have to say that I got way more out of it than I ever expected - it is tough, but a great school for freediving. If you are looking to push that envelope a little, I can seriously recommend him. I used to think of anything over 12m as my borderline, and Trevor got me to 25m with ease, and I will attempt 30m neeext weekend, I think. (And a plus 3 minute static in tricky circumstances along the way too!)
Happy diving, hope to see more folk back on here as the site settles again!
Tony
