i got some friends that fish, so i could just use one of their rods and learn how to cast etc. but i know tht the Assassin is quite good and one of my buddy,s getting the Blade. since im new i think il just start of small. so where do you suggest is a good fishing spot 4 beginners

Chokka you are right on the money( also dont tell anyone,,but im planning to win the comp)

A blade, hold on newbie...:D

That rod is not the ideal starting rod, as it is used mainly for BIG ediblies and mostly for Sharks and flat fish. Also it takes some getting use to. As it is a stiff rod.

You want to start with something that's light and comfortable in your hands. I would reccomend the Assasin Beach Master and a Torium 30.

Thats a nice starting outfit...

What do plan on fishing for???

No prob

Before you run off to buy anything, i would suggest you come try my kit out. Get a feel for what you want.

As for the Blade, its an amazing rod., but its a specialist rod.:p

LOL

Howzit Chokka

I got me a standard blade and think that it is the best money spent - it is a very good allrounder.
