MY kid caught this fish on dropshot

using  ,dropshot rod and reel and 3inch berkley gulp chartreuse minnow

How does one prepare a flathead to eat?

Easy as 1,2,3.

1.Skin it.

2.Using a sharp knife, cut the two whole dorsal fillets (from head to tail) from the bones.

3.Season and grill or fry.
