Fryars Balsam is the best for small cuts and grazes etc...... but be careful with the stuff. Two years ago i got my finger caught in a Penn International with a very big Yellowfin on the end, the line cut right through my finger including the bone and the piece was hanging by a small piece of fingerpad, the skipper of the boat poured Fryars balsam over it and it quaterised the wound and stopped the bleeding, but when i got to hospital 5 hours later the doc had to amputate the piece of finger because of the Fryars balsam, they might have been able to re attach it if it was not for that........

a regulation 7 first aid kit is the best, big, but i keep it in my car just incase i come across anything while driving/fishin/camping whatever. Also go for a first responder course!! one of the best things i ever did, only used the training once, but it was well worth it!
