well, not really! lol

Got this female 221cm bronzie today weighing 155 kg.
Got to beach, water didn't look good, big waves, no color, water cold. Still decided to give it a go.
Long story short, 2nd slide in i get a pick up. 1.5 hours later fish was at the brim of the beach, and that's where the hell broke lose.
Spent another 1.5 hour runnin after the fish as it was swimming left and right in the deep gutter. It was spring tide and water was really rough.
Anyways, hooked at 2, landed 5-30. Thanx to the 3 guys that helped me land it (please make urselves known as I was too tired and completely forgot to ask your names).
Nice start to the season.

You're a machine, just picked up from where you left off last year.

As I always say, if you don't have bait in the water you won't get a bite.

Well done Nic

I drove past you just after you released this beaut. I remember seeing that circle hook. When I saw the 2 guys walk away with the gaff I knew something big came out.

As I was driving down macs I was hoping to run into someone busy landing a Bronzie. Just missed it, damn.

Congrats!!!!

Well done Xerxes!!

We were at Cones and were watching most of your fight as we didn't have much happening that side!  That was some serious shore break that you had to get that girl through!

Beautiful fish!
