got this little guy when the wind was pumping East last week Sunday at smileys favourite spot that usually cooks with a moderate SW. Nice fight on ultra lite tackle i tell you!!

Morning trendies so yesterday I fished Palm springs, sent out a chokka first slide at 6am then 30 minutes later got picked up and ended up loosing the fish 10 minutes later trying to pull it up onto the beach, the fish rolled in the 1.8mm leader and bit it off, eish, I have a feeling it was a cow shark and that it was fowl hooked, then later that afternoon after having had lunch at the farm I decided to go back to Palms, boepens then Fluke arrived. I sent out yet another chokka but the small bugger came off again, Fluke then got a nice male raggie of around 100kg's, boepens missed 2 fish.

Had good intentions of wetting a line yeterday,but after minimum sleep at the church camp on Friday,the couch won the battle.
Want to head out to Fish point on Thursday seeing its a holiday,any one else heading that way? weather lopks good so far

Mornings East Coasters and other Fishermen!!!...Well , if you got the day off tomorrow and want to do a bit of fishing our East coast is the place to be!!!....the sea is looking great and from Friday the weather starts turning a bit wet and the sea size is gonna increase somewhat....BUT...If you get the tides right tomorrow you might just be in business...The barometer is sitting at a high 30.35 inches and sea temp around the 17 mark....GO FISH!!!Darth Vader wrote:
