Ingred: fish, salt, onion rings, chopped pepper, mushrooms(chopped), cleaned prawns, magarine, heavy duty foil, whole garlic colves, and marinate fish sauce(or make your own to taste. All gold sause, nandos sauces, fish marinate), whorsechester sauce, a bottle of brandy.

  1. grease foil with magarine [/*]
  2. have a shot of brandy [/*]
  3. lay a bed of onion rings towards the center [/*]
  4. sprinkle some mushroom and pepper [/*]
  5. place fish on bed. [/*]
  6. have another shot [/*]
  7. insert garlic gloves into fish [/*]
  8. place prawns around it [/*]
  9. no rush, have another shot [/*]
  10. add sauce(sauce mixture) to fish [/*]
  11. salt to tase(pepper can also be used) [/*]
  12. put another shot [/*]
  13. now...start folding foil towards center from corners. use additional foil if necessary. [/*]
  14. twist 4 corners together. [/*]
  15. come on, have one more [/*]
  16. this must be done on low to medium heat braai. [/*]
  17. remember to keep turning your foil around to prevent burning. [/*]
  18. open foil at times to have a peak [/*]
  19. remember to have a shot [/*]
  20. you can choose if you want it dry or juicey by opening the foil a little to make way for steam. [/*]
  21. by this time you pretty stoned but have one more. [/*]
  22. when you feel its done. remove it. believe me you don't have to call them when it's done. the smell is very very appetising. [/*]
  23. what the %#@&, have the last shot.[/*]

I tried it, but with one substitution.

I use a bottle of Bells Scotch instead.
