Dont get too excited about that adrenalin it does not cast well. I was playing around with one today. Granted it had a bg6500 on but really not great for distance. It gets bad line slap with that size reel and even a 6 oz with bait is too much for it.

I cant give good or bad reviews on the Adrenalin triple x rod, but can definitely recommend the Okuma Metaloid, its a little bit more than the Adrenalin rod but comes with top of the range Fuji reel seat and K series guides.
Maybe a little heavy but the 13’6 is on special at Ganis for R1799. For that price you get a proper grinder rod

Thinking of getting Boss Slick Braid (50 lb) + 120 lb Boss Braid Leader line.
