What is the effectiveness of using calamari bought by a pick n pay(Calamri Steak). We used it last week and i put out a Stumpnose fillet and a piece of calamri that i tenderised to hell and gone and put it on the back side of the foam. I got picked up by a nice size Elf. nothing compared to the KZN elf but a decent site of about 45cm. Would fresh hake work for bait

in my opinion its not the best

the one thing i can tell you is that for kob its top shelf cos they love it to or three long strips with tenticals nothing else

that should get you a decent kob
