COMP SUMMARIZATION:
22 Participants caught 4 fish as conditions were far from ideal and fish didn't come to the party.
MARTHIN caught 2,a St Joseph(75cm) & COB 37cm;
GEELVIS caught a COB(39cm) & pipped Marthin by 2cm in edible category;
GRANT caught a Strepie.
CONGRATULATIONS to winners!
The rest of MAJOR PRIZES went into Lucky Draw owing to lack of fish caught.
All 22 members received PRIZES to compensate and at least break even wrt ENTRANCE FEES. So no one walked away empty handed & COMP was intended that way.
FISH HOOKS/BRENT won the R500 voucher plus leaders from FISHING SPECIALIST.It was fitting as we used his sonsorship to buy the POSEIDON MAGNUM which MARTHIN won hands down.THANKS FISH HOOKS!
An overwhelming amount of INTEREST was shown in Sealine COMP as Sealine Members and Non Members came down to view proceedings and I received plenty phone calls from those wanting to know how Comp was Progressing.Thanx for interest shown by all.Non Members inquired on how to register which will again boost Sealine numbers.
