hey guys
if anyone knows of any good tips or exercises i can do at home everyday to increase my lung capacity and hold my breath for longer, i would greatly appreciate it...
i used to dive allot when i was a id, and recently stared again with a few mates and realized i can only hold my breath for half of what i used to be able to. could be the 10 years of smoking, but who knows
so if you have an exercise you do every morning or is it as simple as holding your breath during the day... please just need some info!
