Boulyn Feed

Hi Guys,

Wanna give Boulyn a try this weekend but noticed at the local fishing shop they have the Feeder bags and Match bags.

The match bags seems a lot finer and the feeder more like what I am used to when it comes to Mielie Bom Mix.

Can someone please explain the difference between the two and how to use them please?

Hi Charlie,

I use boulyn feeder for feeder fishing (quiver tip) with method feeder or cage, to prepare you must just slightly damp the feed with water and start mixing until it has some consistency once that is done, I then riddle the feed through a riddle until it is very fine and not sticking to each other then it can be added to the method feeder or cage, once it gets a bit dry I will spray some water with an atomizer to keep it damp.
regarding the match mix that is even finer than the feeder and must be prepared using the same method as above, I prefer the feeder mix much easier to use.
it also works well if you mix normal supercast feed with it for conventional angling, caught many fishing on boulyn, great product!

Thanks Jonathan,

Yeah, I will use for Papgooi.  Will maybe mix the Match and the Feeder Bags.  Found on the internet that 4:2:3 Match:Feeder:Water is great for MielieBom so will give that a try.

If any of the conventional anglers has some tips, it would be much appreciated.
