Sharky we want to make a plan for February to the orange river... Kite and Myself are keen, Ryan wants to keep his Orange River monsters to himself... I'm going to pull the biggest rapala i can find around in a deep pool below a faster stretch of water....

Just below bloemhof dam. personally i like it about 4km further down from there, but die hoek also produces well

I HAVE BOUNCED THE IDEA OF RYAN AND HE IS MORE THAN WILLING TO GO NORTH,HE HAS A SENSIBLE TIME FRAME THOUGH, THAT MISMATCHES MY ENTHUSIASM BY A COUPLE OF MONTHS(ENTHUSIASM WHICH HE CREATED THOUGH,AND SOME OF THOSE PICS BY TROPHY.)

Yip net verby die stortings terrein.. there was a board up that said "FICK HOLLENBACH & VENNOTE", they were the contractors for something there. We used to drive down there and fish a spot with some islands further down. My favourite spot of all time at the Vaal.

Kite i'm going to catch my own "Moning Lisa" in the orange. One of those big Rattling deep diving Halco's with red and white, or my big orange Rapala... It's caught a yellowtail, lets see if it can catch a whiska...

"THAT FISH" is turning into the sealine skank... she's popping out everywhere, and every morning when i go onto sealine she's waking up in another location...

I wont argue that i'm jealous for a second. I'm in Klerksdorp this weekend to visit the folks. Seriously considering a trip down to Scandinawie drift to see if i can get another yellow, AND to see if i can go for round 2 with that monster under the bridge that gave me a whipping earlier this year.....

Ja just coz u wont take us to the big pond.....

I'm packing in the shimano speedmaster. I'm not getting out gunned again. Also have these little soft plastic green things that i bought for bass once but now that you guys got me onto the klopping idea again they should work a charm as well with all the tassles and such.

If that barble has any idea how many bad ideas i have for it, it's be on the other side of the bloemhof sluces by saturday....

i never get a chance to leave jhb so i fish urban dam's which may i add in my experince are much harder fish.

there are alot of small barbel around under 10kg's but the odd big boi is swiming not far away,...

i hook a 15kg's + fish

but with 8lb line on a six foot bass rod , i had no chance.
now ryan stop bragging we no your the pimp and king of the skanks ,.. you make me feel fat and ugly when i see that barbel pic, im gona go cry.
