The only thing I like about the 'Feel Free' is that it's lighter than the Bamba, that's about it. Seriously when it comes to plastic Kayaks nothing beats the Bamba and I'm not just saying that. Check the thickenss of the plastic on the others, hatch space, rod holders, extra storage area, the ability to add extra's, etc...

Here's a few links to help your decsion making process...

Look I suppose it also comes down to how 'hard' you want to fish and what your budget is. When I get the chance I'm on the water as much as possible for as long as possible... lol. Therefore I opted for a dedicated fishing platform and that's what the Bamba is...

Just remember to get one with a rudder if fishing some place where there might be wind.

Lots of people forgot to add the cost of the rudder. Won't go on the ocean without a rudder. Reason because I have seen people get into trouble with a rudder, can't imagine what would have happened without one.

I have to aggree with Bulk Carrier here... Especially if you are new at this.

I don't have a rudder on my Bamba as yet although I do plan to install one at a later stage.

I agree with Jonny on this one (ps. how is the baby - the real baby not your kayak?)

Speak to paddlers and ask how much they will charge for courier fees. (should not be more than R400) That way you get a top class kayak (import) for under R10 000 if i recall.
