did anybody get any good results in the false bay area?? I was at broken road from aound 12pm till around 4 and only saw two small fsih come out??? :fst:

Would love to know if there was any action on the Strand/ Gordans bay side of the world!!?

It's that stretch of beach which extends from Sonwabi's parking lot before the "river" towards Muizenberg, but before Sunrise Circle. Last week with that freak SE wind, brought some nice Cob and White stump on the bite. Looks as if another SE heading our way by Fri ... ^^..

was at the yacht club in gordons bay sat/sun mornin, caught a nice big pyjama shark, biggest fish on my new rig, it nearly got eatin by the seal that was cruisin the area! next was a really small stompneus and my buddy caught a small elf. we decided to leave cause the seal was gettin in the way. ended up by melkbaai and caught nothin there.

yeah those seals can be a problem.... i love animals but damb i really get F@#ked off when you hooked in and it comes along and chow's half your fish!!!

g/bay cliffs,,4h angling fer 1 50cm shark, & a gurnard.(such a pretty fishy),,,fished melkbaai 3h on sun evening till6.30 ,, had 1 nibble! roll on summer???
btw, the seals at the harbour are 'pets' u have ter feed'em with the pap bait u buy around here,,,,,,,,,,

Hey i'm all up for tossing you old pap bait to the seals once they done.... but whe they start getting upety:::S and demand your fresh fish then i start having a problem!!

Jeffereys walk is just past baileys cottage.You basically stand on the walkway or just past the next cottage.Hotspot for steenbras,hotnot,galjoen, but make sure you got the prawn.

The SE really worked, eventhough it was cold, the fish didn't seem to mind...

Hi Jazz

These were caught at Mnandi. The size for White stump is 20cm... and these were 30cm. They were all caught on sardine, prepared as pencil bait.
