And before this turns into a Why was he banned issue,

Sealine only allows ONE log-in account. Ray Hall resigned from Sealine, after PM'ing Admin, and then re-registered as Aghmed.

Please read the rules guys !

Ray is one helluva good bloke and a friend of mine, his comments might be a bit above board sometimes, but he wears his heart on his sleeve and calls a spade a spade, anyone who has fished alongside him will say the same!

ok, I think that's fair enough Homie. After all, rules are rules and as such should be abided by. Question is, if a member resigns, is there room for him to re-join if he's had a change of heart?

I fully agree with you Dave!! Perhaps it is time for Ray to be welcomed back as the real Ray......like the preverbial prodical son! :)

Any time a resigned member wants to rejoin, he is welcome.

I agree completely with Dave on Ray's charachter, he always tries to share info and is eager to learn. Look at all his posts on casting, fishing spots etc. Sure sometimes his comments are caustic, but who amongst us has never thought, just what Ray's typed?

Many others have been banned, who had a tremendous amount of knowledge to share and impart to us but then belittled anyone new to our sport.

Surely we have a loophole somewhere, allowing for retraction of resignation?

Ditto, Just a mail to Admin is required, and compliance to Sealines rules :)
