Here is the 98% finished product and the test will be the final outcome.   There is a small flawbut maybe I can fix it.

As to my neighbours fence, sies, I know this is South Africa but here we don't do such things and anyway I don't like electricity.

Funny story about the Carbon Fibre, could have made nice stuff with that.

Must I just loosely put the graphite in the cavities and do I need to pre heat the mould before pouring?

First off the production line.   That was my last SS 1.2 mm wire........^^..

My next post  will be a picture of the fish I caught with this.

Plenty silicone left so will have to make some more moulds.

Lekker mold. Do you want a graft??? Just wipe it on and you don't need to preheat. Just make sure you wash the mold well with warm water+ dishwashing liquid first. The other suff was a joke, Don't you smaak electricity?????????????????

Congrats brother. Damn, that's nice work. You were right. You have done this before. No stopping you now. The orders are going to pile up.

So I contacted AMT COMP in PE for the Mould Max 30

They advised that they stopped selling it, the product they sell now is WACKER M4514. It seems to be more expensive than the MouldMax 30.

They reckon it's just as good and even better.

Anybody worked with it ?

Yup, Wacker M4514 is fine.

AMT don't sell anything that's substandard.

I've been dealing with them since they started in 1988 and all their products are the best.

They've given you the right stuff for the application.

There is nothing wrong with Moldmax 30 if anyone is worried that theirs is no good.

for that exact reason I don't go to the place, I sent someone to go there, that way I get what I need and not what I see ...
