Made these from stainless steel plate attacked by a grinder on Saturday and used them yesterday for yellowtail trolling at Rocky Banks. Caught nothing. But so did all the fancy rapalas, Wally’s and other expensive stuff chased by little orange aeroplanes, etc. Or the other 20-odd other boats...

Got this from someone who found it in a house he moved into.  Googled the company, but no info.  Does anyone have info?  Is it collectable?

Went trolling for yellowtail at Rocky banks yesterday with Greenhorn, BulkCarrier and JPfish.  Lots of boats combing the area with no luck.  There was also a little town of boats on anchor looking for snoek, but we saw none coming out.  Stopped off at Buffels Bay on our return just as a kayak...

A friend of mine wants to buy a little inflatable (less than 3m) and power it with a battery motor for use in rivers and lagoons.  Does anybody have info regarding a skipper's license for this type of rig?

My brother and I bought a 14.5 feet Sachal on Gumtree towards mid November 2009. Our plan was to convert it into a proper 4-man fishing boat to catch snoek, yellowtail, hotties and crayfish. This is our first attempt at "boat building/conversion", but we’ve obtained the advice of a pro yacht...

I'm looking for 4 x 30-40 cm s/s grab handles.  They're a bit pricey at R 300+.  Does anyone know where I can find it cheaper?
