I am hoping to get into kayak fishing in the next few months and would appreciate a little guidance.
Firstly I will mainly fish Rbay Harbour and Vidal.
What are the legal requirements for these areas?
what licences etc..and where are they attained?
What safety equipment is needed for these areas?
And finally I am looking for a second hand ski if anyone has one going, hoping for the evolution 465 or something very similar.
