Hi All

 

Anyone recommend going to Zim for fishing, looking at mid April this year for 2 weeks.  Was considering Uganda/Botswana but when I got the quotes !!!

Being from Scotland it was a wee bit too much

My mate stays in joburg so we can drive in

Gabarone dam in Botswana is pretty good but you need to fish for a day or two at the same spot... you can drive three via rustenburg and zeerust.. you need to buy a permit in advance..at post office i think.. (my friend normally gts this for us)

Zim Is the best option currently.

We normally fish Zim twice a year and depending on what type of fishing you are doing it would definitely be worth the trip!
