This happened some time last week - skipper went out in rough conditions in a small single engined skiboat after several warnings but said he would stay in the harbour area. There were 8 uccupants in the boat of which 5 were children, lucklily they were wearing lifejackets. Soon after launching they exited the harbour area and was overturned by the waves. No-one was seriously injured.
