Young dropshotter

Went fishing with Charles in the canal. We got quite a bit of fish. Charles's son was also dropshotting with us(...and he just learned to cast a while back) and wham! He caught a fish. Apparently not his first on dropshot, but what made this outing unique was when he posed for the photo....a real dropshotter!!!!

Hey-ya Rods. Not so good hey, had a really hard time. Fished from 14h30 to 18h00 and I only ended with 6 points. Charles won again with 12 points. Me and Piet tied for second on 6 each with Quintin and a couple of other oaks with 2 each. Only one member caught nothing for the day.

This snoek was landed just now of Pelican Island with a Ecogear Powershad 4'' glow colour. This guys first snoek. he lost 4 of them, went back with screeching tires!!!:first

Cant wait to move to Empangeni.  At least I'll be able to fish a lot more regularly.
