haven't heard anything from the cape point area... heard that there has been tail at dassen... but it seems like a hit and miss... there is snoek everywhere tho...:wfish

Went to Dassen with the guys from Bellville Underwater club last week, we got a good couple of tail, and I shot my first snoek!

Huge shoals of snoek, with a couple of tail in between. Flashers at 12-15 meters worked great. They tear out very easy, headshot is the way to go!

We also got some tail and snoek last weekend, we saw you guys out!

I was a great day out but since then it has just gone quiet!

Hi guys. Would love to head out and klap some tails! coming from KZN I'm unfamiliar with any off shore spots to dive around here and have no access to any mates with a boat. I've been studying film here in Cape town with my twin brother for the passed year and a half now.We would both hugely appreciate a hitch out with someone who needs the company.We'd chip in and pay our fair for fuel and bring a cam with too!
