The quickest way would be to move your fuel tanks forward - whether there is a secure place for them is another matter. It helps as well to have your crew take the punishment up front instead of trying to hide behind the skipper. Trouble is they are small boats and very sensitive to weight placement. What motors do you have at present - anything over 20hp each is pushing it a bit, unless you are a smallish person.
