Why are the fish not biting?

A couple of guys from various club are asking the same question.Why is the fishing so bad generally, normally this time of the year a second keep net is required, the last month or two no matter what bait we use, all weather, best fishing days etc we catch little to nothing, the fish are active on the water but thats it?Has anybody else found the the same?

its the weather. the pressure is never costant for very long and with the wind rain and that the fish are not in an eating mode in general. But it will come right.
