White muscle

Hi, i didnt know that you are able to dig 4 white muscle off the shore at strandfontein! I seen a guy digging, and went to speak to him, then a hour or 2 later i casted, put my rod in the rod stand and thought what the hell, so i shoved my hands about 15cm into the sand and low and behold i pulled out white muscle, fresher than that u dont get! they arent huge in size, but it still beats paying R20 for 10 muscles!

you do get them but they very few and far between ive pulled one huge one out there, then after an hour of digging for more i got 0

i got about 10 to the left of the tidal pool, instead of turning right 2 go to broken road u turn left as if u going to blue waters, then ur first to the right, thers toilets and a parking lot. i wasnt even in the water, just where the water stops i dug

At Sunrise Circle, to the left of the parking lot. You have to check the locals collecting white mussels; you will be amazed. No digging around, they simply walk with with a small spade and lift them out of the sand. One scoop, one mussel. There is also bloodworm there.
