Where to buy High Quality Guides

Hey guys,

 

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get high quality tip guide for a replacement on one of my jigging sticks?

 

I need the high quality SiC ( Silicone Carbide ) guide, just the tip one. Need it for my JigStar 350 gram rod which had the tip eye damaged.

Preferably in Cape Town but don't mind if its not, I can phone and order...

Luca - Bro I will have to measure.... I stopped by fishing specialist and they had 1 size that fit, but the eye itself was HUGE and they were out of their SiC guides anyway...

I'll measure and let you know...

Dre... did you come right with the SiC guides...? If not, I think your best bet might be to contact Jaques Wolmarans... (Bigbass) - he knows his stuff when it comes to quality rodbuilding...

I know where you can order it....but shipping might get spendy. you need to measure the tube, the standard of the industry is in 64ths (ie. 64ths of an inch) and the ring size is in mm.

hey nepps , did you come right with that guide?
if not ,try tackle centre dbn. as i'm sure you know ,they build there own sticks & use mostly fuji guides.
or let me know what size & i'll ask them next time i'm there.

Shot Sparks, I'll measure the blank, and shoot a pic of the guide on the 450 gram JSR and see if you can find something similar would be awesome. Shot bro.
