I believe that there are people in the sodwana camp that station themselves there in the early hours of the morning and sell kurper to peeps. The talk is that they are"moer" expensive!
If you take a throw net, it is very easy top catch little kurper against the side of the dam. I would suggest you do this, we had no problem catching more than enough on our last trip there.
