Where are all these places on the False Bay side???

Hi Guy’s,

I normally fish on the Melkbos side of the world for edibles (without too much success) but have decided to venture out to False Bay. I’ve read through a lot of post’s that refer to spot’s on the False Bay side (Broken Road, Sonwabi, Palletjies etc ) but have no idea where they actually are. Ray Hall’s Ultimate Melkbos Guide was a huge help to me when I first started fishing Melkbos some years back, so my question is;  has anyone compiled a similar guide for the False Bay side or could someone advise me where some of these well mentioned areas are. (Indications on a Google Map, GPS waypoints, or simple directions?)

I realise that sometime people are reluctant to share their knowledge of a particular spot but all I need is some directions to the places and I’ll do my own homework as to how I’ll fish them. Safety is also a concern I wouldn’t want to go exploring on the False Bay side to remote fishing areas that are considered risky.

Any and all help greatly appreciated

PM Kosi Fisher on this site and ask him to send you his FalseBay Angling Guide. All the spots are in there. Alternatively pm me your email address and I will send you the last copy I downloaded.

Hi Silent Bob,

Select the: Fishing Grounds/Spots/Locations/Destinations from the forum list and it's the first topic at the top I think it's called a sticky.
