and this i believe is a "pan galjoen/stinkvis"
also caught today by a friend

how is it rated as a eating fish.
this one was the biggest i've seen - 2.4kg

nice stone bream!! thats a decent specimen. They are abundant in that fast working foamy water.

The trick with stonebream is to gut and bleed them immediately. They are mostly vegetarians, therefor the smell from their guts.
