What should I keep

Hi there Sealiners.

Have been reading the posts on Sealine for a good few months now and the problem is that I have become a bit of an impulse buyer when it comes to tackle.So far no problem with the missus but she drops hints now and again. This is what I have amassed so far:

RODS:  Posiedon 3M Bantam plus heavy tip, Adrenalin Surfcaster 13ft 3-piece, Old 14ft Surfmaster from Akals (refurbished), 10 ft Loomis & Franklin 2-piece, Shimano scimitar 7ft.

REELS: Alivio 10 000, Abu Garcia six star, Saltist 50, TLD 20/40, Slade 2500.

 I am currently working in Wavis Bay, so would concentrate more on Beach fishing. Thanks

First of all :welcomesea::welcomesea::welcomesea:
As far as I am concerned you can never have too much tackle, keep it all and then as time goes on you can either swap or trade what you have for what you want, or sell what you are not useing to buy what you need. Your fishing career will evolve as the years go by. You might move from bieng a R&S fisherman to bieng a fly fisherman, depends how your fancy takes you. I would say dont sell anything unless you have to. Thats just my opinion.

I agree with ROH, I could probably start my own 2nd hand tackle shop with a few new pieces included. I do r&s,fly fishing,bass fishing and various forms of boat fishing. I just cannot stop buying, and have only fished about 20 times in the passed three years,due to work comittments. I bought 3 new boat rods, 2 boat reels and another r&srod another daiwa saltist, line hooks, braid swivels etc in the last 6 months and have yet to use any of them.So yes i too am a tackle whore as one of the sealine members refers to himself in his avatar.
