Tight call, very different rods. Guides etc are better on the loomis, negatives are the micro guides which can be an issue with leader knots. Also the assassin is a little sturdier, handles a 4oz better even with a decent bait. If you focus on finesse bluefish with mainly a 2oz the archipelago all the way if you are thinking of the occasional musselcracker, the bluefish is stronger send a little sturdier. Both are great rods.
