Western Cape Kayak regulations etc. Needing info

Hey everyone

I have two questions:

1= what all do i need to go fishing on my kayak around the Western cape, besides the kayak, fishing rod and paddle and PFD.

2= are there any of you who go kayak fishing often and will let me tag along to go out in a group instead of alone all thentime.

There is a Whats-App group in Cape Town and the guys is supper nice and will give you all the info you need. I can ask them to add you the group if you like ... Name and cell number is all that's needed
