Went down to the Southern Cape this December and did some fishing in the Kleinbrak and Reebok area as well as the Stillbaai and Gouritz areas.

Mainly fished light tackle between the rocks and gullies and used red bait and white mussel on most days. Also fished the estuaries with artificials but was not as successful.

Sorry no photo's are uploading. Anyway caught some big blacktail and zebra in the region of 1kg - 1.5kg. Will post pics when possible.

3kg Bronze Bream

In total 31 fish were landed this holiday season which included blacktail, zebra, bronze bream, pinky's, strepies and the blue ray. Biggest fish, 3kg bronze bream as well as a blacktail and zebra over 1kg. All caught with white mussel and red bait on rocks and gullies, ultra light tackle. All fished released except for 1.
