Weekend at Henties

Very bad weather greeted us as we arrived at Henties the weekend. One of those misty, wet, wind blowing weekends.

Never the less we managed to land quite a couple of size Kabeljou. Even caught a Shad ( not the biggest I have seen here but a sizer ). Many undersize galjoen also took the bait and the Spotted Gulley sharks came out in full force to bother you.

 Not a bad weekend considering the weather.

Yes, it's just been work work work... ( - but we're off to the South Coast in July - can't wait. Have you settled in over there?

Yes settled down great-Staying in Otjiwarongo.Closer to the project I am doing at the moment, but all plans are still to move either to Windhoek or Okahanja once this project is finished.

Thanks guys-No Andries not the 2kg one. I will post a pic of a 3.2kg Blacktail in the next hour. Only sorry to say I did not catch it. Was caught by a buddy of mine.
