Washing your hands

Morning everyone.

I just have some questions about what was said. Sorry for being stupid, but I do want to be sure.
1. Must you wash your hands before you brei it, with what soap or with just plain water?
2. Must you microwave for 3 minutes before you take it out first, or 1 minute at a time till 3 mimutes are past?

Hi there Barbelman.
The process is to put it in the microwave for a minute, remove it to stir/mix it well, microwave for anotherminute, and repeat mixing. Back in microwave for a last minute and remove and stir again. If the dough does not stick to the sides of the container it is done. Hope this helps
