Warner Beach/ Rocky Bay

Hi All

 

I’m going to Durbs for a few days in October, I want to do some fishing, thinking of going to Warner Beach & Rocky Bay. [/b](will be going with the family, these areas are quite good family & fishing spots)

Is fishing good in KZN, in October? [/b]

 

I want to target Grunter, Pompano, Stumpies & Brusher[/b], will brusher still be around towards the end of Oct? What else can I target there?

 

Please assist me with most productive spots[/b] to fish these areas & what are the best baits[/b] to use here?

Good on you DV.
Orange rock is quite a way from Warner.
Toti next door has a popular spot of the rocks-I think it's called Mdoni rocks.
Shad can also be caught-I'm not sure when it's closed season

I know the Toti area, but those Rocks get quite crowded up, I try to stay from the crowds.

 

 

For the guys that frequent these beaches any particular spots I should fish (I mean spots at these specific venues)?
