Depends what you will be spinning for. Light, med, heavy? What fish you wanna target etc.
Best would be to PM Enigma, he is in Centurion and get him to build you a custom rod. Not as expensive as you would think and the rod will do what you need.
He knows his stuff and has built a few custom rods for me(tiger rods, surf spinning rods and surf casting rods). I have been more than happy with all the work he has done for me and comes highly recommended.
As long as he is around I will not buy a rod off the shelf again.
