WANTED: Mariner /Mercury 50hp stater

[Mangrove Jack]

Hi guys,

I am looking for a stater for a Mariner 50hp. A second hand, good condition stater. I am trying to help a pensioner get his boat back on the water. The motor is the Mercury type auto lubing model. I will post the motor model number and the part number as soon as I can. I am in the Eastern Cape but will arrange for the part to be collected by courier wherever it may be. Thank you.

I have a as new one for a 60HP. Think it might be the same

Krugel,

Thanks very much for the response, it is appreciated. I will check to see if it is the same.....do you by any chance have the part number of yours? What would you want for yours?

Thank you,

MJ
