WANTED- Cheap rod to use as a spod rod

I am looking for a cheap rod i can use for a spod rod. Not going to uses a spod that often so I am looking for something cheap. Even if it is older. Preferably a hard action stiff rod.

I am situated in Pretoria and will come collect it with cash. Thanks
