I Spent 3 months at Strandfontein about 3 years ago,just casting,casting,casting,as I battled to get past 80 - 85 metres.Felt humiliated,decided to work on weaknesses.
So,I discovered & added another extention to regular everyday casting & got my +100metres in any windy,blustery conditions with a handicapped left handed cast even though I'm actually right handed.
