Interesting question - particularly when you mention people stuffing it up. People like who? Like me? Mmmmm, I would appreciate to take that discussion offline.
There are responsible people on this forum, and if they aren't? Well now, the other responsible people on this forum will sort them out. If a SL member goes to my fave spot and acts like a dick, I will ask him NICELY NOT to act like a dick. Problem Sorted. If problem persists - escalation. Problem Sorted.
Guess what? You and me both (and the other 4000+ members of Sealine) have some common objectives here. Collective learning (as in places where the action is good) and collective sharing (guess what? same deal - where the action is good!). The 3rd, is to collectively look after resources (read SUPPORT the ethic of CAR of the fishstock, and SUPPORT the ethic of ensuring that the owners of the business can remain in business ie to be sustainable, and have the opportunity for growth). In order for that to happen, they need to have guys like us (not just a select few) who can pay the bills, and keep the operation going and growing. Economic fact of life. Another fact of life, is that the select few (unless they are forking out BIG AMMO for the privilege of exclusivity) are not providing a sustainable environment for the owners of the facility,,,,,,,,which means that if it's not worth their while, it could cease to exist as a facility for everyone.
