You can get some good diving done off Fransmanspunt,just keep out of the fisho's way and be careful if the swell is up.Nice cracker around the front.

No,I'm not sure there is much reef in the bay and it always seems dirty,we normally run to Fransmans from Gouritz and then onto the cliffs off Mossel Bay.
I've dived the Reef from the shore on the right (infront of the houses) and there was some fish life but nothing major. I know you will find belman and maybe a lost cracker... I've also missioned up the point and there isn't much structure along the point just sand.... your best bet is Fransman but it is very exposed and you need to be careful of swell as Capespearo said... enjoy though!
Back from Vleesbaai. Did two quick dive at Fransmashoek. Viz was poor and no structure on in the bays on both sides of the point. Everything is completely sanded up. Viz wasn't good enough to mission out at the point itself.
Caught 5kg white steenbars, so at least the is something for the pot.
